We'll meet at the time of your choice at Praia Ofir beach in Esposende, where we'll give you all the necessary equipment for your surf lesson.
On the beach, you'll have an hour of theory class and you'll practice how to stand up and balance on the board. No matter what level or experience you have in this sport, the instructor will give you all the support you need to enjoy the class to the fullest.
Then it'll be time to ride some real waves! We'll wade into the Atlantic and get ready to put everything we learnt into practice! And don't worry - the instructor with be with you the entire time to help you perfect your technique in the water.
At the end of the activity, we'll head back to the starting point to return the equipment.
